Refund policy

We hope you love your Studio Marea piece. Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we currently accept eligible returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in beads, stones, shells, pearls, and other natural materials are expected and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Final sale, custom, personalized, and one-of-a-kind pieces are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
